Description

The undisputed best overall teeth whitening kit of 2022. Nuve is the only company that offers both dentist strength CP formula as well as PAP+ formula for lower sensitivity. Their 35% CP formula provides the fastest and most transformative results. However, their 12% PAP+ formula is highly effective and severely reduces teeth sensitivity post-use compared to CP formulas.

The vibrating mouthpiece option provides blue LED light for teeth whitening boost as well as a red light for regenerative desensitivity. “It was surprising to feel the difference while using the vibrating mode, it helped to spread the whitening gel evenly and once I had it on for a few minutes I turned it off and continued my session with just the light on.”Says junior editor Stephanie R.

That kit also includes a UV sterilizing dome that also serves as a charging dock. The whitening pens have a brush tip that makes it easy to apply both in the mouthpiece as well as directly on your teeth. And finally, everything comes in a sturdy, reusable box.

Pros

  • 2 Whitening Formula Options (Pap+ and CP)
  • Wireless Device
  • Blue & Red LED Lights
  • UV Sanitizing Dome

Cons

  • None

Kris Jenner, Floyd Mayweather, Rob Gronkowski, and many more have been endorsed by these social media big spenders. Celebrities aside, Snow knows a thing or two about teeth whitening. Their flagship product, the Wireless Kit, is a great solution for teeth whitening including a wireless mouthpiece, charging dock, 2 regular strength wands, and one max strength. The regular strength contains 6-10% CP while the Max Strength Wand contains 12-18% CP.

“I could not tell the difference after using the max strength, however, both formulas did work well,” comments Georgina L.

All in all, it’s a solid, well-rounded solution that definitely works as described. The one huge issue with Snow is the price tag. Starting at $399 it is by far the most expensive option for at-home teeth whitening kits. It is almost enough money to purchase all the other kits from this list combined.

Pros

  • Wireless Mouthpiece
  • Great Whitening Strength
  • Charging Dock

Cons

  • No Low-Sensitivity Formula Option
  • High Price

Description

The Australian company, Hismile, went all-in on their Pap+ formula that focuses on lessening the pain and sensitivity after whitening. Their Pap+ Kit includes a wireless mouthpiece as well as 6 whitening pods. It definitely works as described, Pap+ may work a bit slower than standard CP formulas yet the results are great and for those that suffer from teeth sensitivity, this is a better solution.

However, there are a couple of important issues we noticed. The first is that their wireless mouthpiece is powered by a coin-type battery instead of being rechargeable. That means that it’s lightweight, however, we found out that it runs out in a few hours of use, and it’s unlikely to have a replacement battery of that kind already at home. The second issue is the whitening pods.  It was quite difficult to release all the whitening gel contained and there was always a bit left inside. Which such a little amount of gel it’s important to get every last drop. Finally, our orders were shipped directly from Australia and it took about 6 days for delivery to the United States.

Pros

  • Wireless Mouthpiece
  • Low Sensitivity Formula Option

Cons

  • Low Battery Mouthpiece (non-rechargeable)
  • No Extra-Strenght Formula Option
  • Faulty Formula Dispensers
  • 6 Day Shipping

Description

The Gloscience Original Glo Kit includes a lot of items inside their kit. It includes a wired mouthpiece that connects to a wireless battery controller, mouthpiece storage case, lip balm, travel case, shade guide, and 10 gel vials.

Gloscience developed its own 6% hydrogen peroxide (HP) formula. Even though HP is known to cause the most sensitivity out of all formulas, at this concentration it is not as efficient at whitening compared to dentist-grade treatments (usually +35% HP) but also does not cause as much sensitivity. Their gel vials contain enough formula for one or two uses (depending on teeth size) which means that the 10 vials are enough for 10-20 uses. The battery controller provided a good user experience but ran out of battery in less than an hour of use. Lastly, even though it is great to receive more stuff, all the other items combined can be easily purchased for under $20.

Pros

  • Includes Several Accessories
  • Includes 10 Whitening Dispensers

Cons

  • Sub-Par Whitening Formula
  • Short Battery Life
  • No-Low Sensitivity Formula Option
AuraGlow Whitening Kit

Description

The AuraGlow teeth whitening kit is a decent overall option, yet it also falls short of our expectations. It includes a rechargeable wireless mouthpiece and just two formula dispensers.  AuraGlow claims these are good for 10 uses each, however, we were able to get only 4 uses each for a full mouth treatment. They do utilize a powerful 35% CP formula which is the most effective teeth whitening at-home solution. However, they do not offer any low-sensitivity options.

Even though the kit includes a magnetic charger, the battery only lasts for about 2 uses. With some adjustments AuraGlow could be one of the best options, however, in a category full of options, their flaws are magnified.

Pros

  • Powerful Whitening Formula
  • Wireless Mouthpiece

Cons

  • Very Low Formula Quantity
  • Short Battery Life
  • No-Low Sensitivity Formula Option
